“If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always got.” Mark Twain, Author
Rolfing® Structural Integration is an effective method of hands-on therapy and movement re-education. Its goal is to create changes in posture, movement patterns and efficiency, that free the body from restrictions and limitations that can cause strain, discomfort and pain. After sessions, people often report feeling younger and more alive, with increased vitality and a deep overall sense of well-being.
The Rolfing® SI process delivers these higher levels of function, efficiency, balance, and strength by enhancing self-awareness, increasing flexibility and range of motion, realigning the body’s posture and developing new patterns of perception and coordination.
As we grow older and accumulate injuries, accidents, illnesses, limiting beliefs, repetitive motions and habitual postures, we compromise our ability to lead a balanced and energetic daily life. We allow the limitations of having lived, limit the rest of our lives. Should poor posture, dysfunction, discomfort or pain become the norm? The standard for how we live each day from now on? Rolfing® offers other possibilities. A chance to explore and discover new ways of feeling, moving and living; new paths that can improve the quality of daily life.
For over 50 years, people have come to Rolfing® SI to relieve internal postural strains and movement restrictions that are often the source of acute and chronic pain. Other individuals have sought to improve or maximize their performance in athletics, accelerate injury rehabilitation, or overcome physical and mental liimitations in workplace performance. Yet others, discover in Rolfing® a path for exploring self-awareness and personal growth.
Regardless of how you have come to Rolfing®… Welcome. Hopefully, you will find here information that is useful to you, and if you are interested further, please contact me. It would be my pleasure to work with you.

“In our experience, Rolfing® produces changes in a briefer time than any other bodywork system we are aware of. The emotional effects are often as dramatic as the changes in body structure.”
